A New Chapter in Home Repair

Maybe it’s bit conceited starting our blog with a shameless plug, but here it is: We’ve got a new website up and running! Same old domain, same great Legacy Exteriors, but with a brilliant new face lift. We just couldn’t resist upgrading our website. After all, it is the exterior of our web presence. What kind of contractor would we be if we didn’t update our own exterior?!

So, that’s whats new with us this year. Beyond that we have an expo coming up in Madison, WI. The Wisconsin Nursery and Landscape Association (WNLA) is setting up a garden expo. It’s going on February 10th – February 12th. So make sure you put those dates on your calendar! We’ll be there to show you how to keep your leaves out of your gutters.

Name: Wisconsin Nursery and Landscape Association
Location: Exhibition Hall at the Alliant Energy Center, WI
Address: 1919 Alliant Energy Center Way,
Madison, WI 53713
Dates: 2/10/2017 – 2/12/2017

Some information about us…

You might be wondering what an exterior contractor might have to say on a blog? We’ll be using this forum as a means of updating you on our current events, posting of upcoming events, and discussing our handy-work. If this is your first time hearing about us, we work in roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and decks. We work on everything exterior – not just ’cause we like the outdoors, but also because we like to make a great first impression. Our business is to give your home a beautiful appearance. When you’re pulling into your driveway or sitting on your deck, you’ll have a smile on your face seeing the professional quality work. Plus, we offer plenty of choices so you’re not pin-holed into one style. We offer tons of colors, styles, and options. Check out our services section on our website to see a snapshot of our abilities.

With the upgraded website, it’s easier, faster, and more entertaining to navigate. Our webpages are built around the same principles that have made us successful:
1. Educate you.
2. Explain your options.
3. Make it simple.

We don’t like to overwhelm by dropping a contract with thousands of options on your desk. Instead, a trained contractor will meet with you in your home and discuss your options. We educate you on materials, figures, and styles. We believe you have the right to know what your purchasing, how it will work, and what it’ll look like. That way you can weigh the costs and benefits yourself.

Also, we invested in custom software that can give you a 3D image of your home with different colors and types of roofing or siding. That way we can take the guess work out of your home design!

With Legacy Exteriors, you’ll have peace of mind. As Madison, WI’s #1 general exterior contractor, we offer knowledge and expertise matched by no one. And because we’re focused on educating you, you’ll have the same expertise to make your own decisions during the renovation.

Before we leave…

Lastly, you’re probably wondering – “what’s the big deal about educating me? I just want a roof!” Legacy Exteriors won’t be the lowest bidder. I’m just going to say it. We do our best to keep costs low, but being the lowest bidder probably means one of two things:

  1. You’re not licensed or well-trained
  2. They’re buying your materials from the lowest bidder.

It’s impossible for us to be the lowest bidder every time. Why? Because we only use highly trained contractors and we only deal in quality materials. We believe that saving a quick-buck will only going to cost you in the long run. Your home is our legacy, it’s who we are as much as it is who you are. We want to ensure that your roof can handle a Madison winter, that your siding looks spectacular, and that your windows keep you warm. If you’re still not convinced, just give us a call. Our receptionist will pick up or call you back within the day and you can meet with one of our contractors. We love meeting with you even if you just want to ask us some questions about your future home renovations.
