Anderson Wood Windows
Anderson is another dependable company we work with to provide homeowners with beautiful, dependable windows. They’ve been making well-crafted windows for over 100 years, and are known for using wood for both strength and rigidity in their frames and sash. With Anderson, the interior beauty of their wood windows, coupled with excellent thermal performance, makes them an excellent choice for the Wisconsin climate. Anderson is also a leader in how their wood is protected, or “clad,” which means you can depend on Anderson windows to provide high durability and resist the elements. Another perk is the low-maintenance exterior of these wood windows — that never need painting.
Anderson windows are available in four different series — E-Series, A-Series, 400 Series, and 200 Series, in a range of price points to meet your needs and budget. Depending on the series, and window style(s) you choose, exterior protection ranges from aluminum, to fiberglass, to vinyl.
Marvin Wood Windows
Marvin is a company that is driven to “imagine and create better ways of living,” and their line of windows does just that. Their dedication to high-quality wood products all starts with how the wood is sourced. Beyond sourcing, Marvin also calls upon the expertise of wood scientists to gain a better understanding of how wood reacts in different environments, so they can make the best decisions regarding which types of wood to source for different purposes. Part of the manufacturing process is ovencuring each piece of wood. The result is a rich interior finish.
Marvin offers two different lines of wood window products. The Elevate line features proprietary fiberglass exteriors, warm-toned wood interiors, and a timeless aesthetic. The Ultimate line features aluminum-clad or wood exteriors, stunning wood interiors — and is well-suited for many aesthetic styles including contemporary, traditional and transitional, to name a few.
Provia wood windows
ProVia specializes in wood-clad vinyl windows. Their ProVia’s Aeris™ line have frames that are made of vinyl that offers durability, strength, abrasion- and moisture-resistance, as well as rust- and corrosion-resistance. The vinyl also withstands UV light and southern exposure. Part of their unique process, ProVia fully integrates real wood interiors with their maintenance-free vinyl exteriors.
Interior wood can be sanded, painted, stained, and even re-stained. If you prefer, you can also choose from prefinished interior wood options like oak, cherry or maple. These factory-applied finishes can be stained or painted to your specifications.
